Event Time:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

‍Car Show Participants:
All registered vehicles must be on-site, checked in, and fully set up no later than 9:00 AM on event day. Gates will open at 7:00 AM for participant entry, check-in, and staging.

‍Vendor Booths:
If you are also registered as a vendor, your booth must be fully set up by Friday, October 3rd at 6:30 PM. This ensures a smooth and timely event experience for all attendees.

‍Event Details Email:
A detailed information email will be sent the week prior to the event. It will include everything you need—parking info, setup guidelines, site maps, and key day-of contacts.
